Delete your HaloMeet account
You can permanently delete your HaloMeet account and associated personal data from the app, or request deletion here if you no longer have access to it.
Delete from the app
- Sign in to HaloMeet.
- Open your profile.
- Select Delete account and data.
- Enter your password and confirm the deletion.
This deletes your account, profile, chats, call records, authentication tokens, wallet records, and stored KYC video files from our active systems.
Open HaloMeetRequest deletion without signing in
Email info@halomeet.fun or halomeetfun@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account. Include the subject “HaloMeet account deletion request” and your account email address. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before acting on the request.
What is retained
We anonymize safety reports so that moderators can retain abuse evidence. We may retain limited transaction or tax records only where required by law. We do not retain your deleted account for reactivation. Requests are handled as quickly as reasonably possible after verification.
